TECHNICAL UNDERTAKINGS

Through this division, we provide technical assistance to the non-state sector in the areas of institutional capacity development; strategic reviews and planning; programme design and fund-raising. Our projects include:-

1. Programme Design
TCH has been the lead agency in the design of many programmes for government and agencies across Africa.

2. Evaluations
Have undertaken evaluations in more than 15 countries through our Principal and Senior Associate Fellows. These are primarily commissioned by multi-lateral funding agencies. Details can be availed on request.

3. Strategic Review and Planning
This is a forte of TCH. We have done strategic reviews and plans for CSOs, governments, and funding agencies in numerous countries.

4. Capacity Building for CSOs
TCH has mentored a number of small to large CSOs in the areas of inter alia; corporate governance; institutional good practices; strategic planning/M&E; and financial management.
