PRIMITIVE ACCUMULATION SCHEME

This is our Silicon Valley experiment. Under this scheme, we take in young talented people with ideas that need some ‘test-driving’. By plugging them into our various assignment teams, TCH provides an environment that enables them to test their ideas and gain the necessary knowledge and skills they need to thrive in the marketplace.

In addition to mentoring young upcoming talent, we also apply the ‘reverse-mentoring’ model to teach older associates some things about the ‘future’.

We call it primitive accumulation because it is the only non-profit making scheme at TCH. Any profits accruing from the scheme are tokenist in nature.
